Age policy

21+ only. Valid ID required.

What we check

A valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID. Driver's licence, state ID, passport or military ID. We check it every visit — not just the first one, and not only when somebody looks young. It is the same rule for every customer and it is not a comment on anyone's appearance.

Why 21 and not 18

Federal law sets 21 as the minimum age for tobacco and nicotine products. Florida sets 21 for kratom products under Fla. Stat. 500.92, and 21 for hemp extract intended for ingestion or inhalation under Fla. Stat. 581.217. Rather than run different ages at different parts of the counter, the whole shop is 21+.

No proxy purchases

Buying on behalf of someone under 21 is against the law and we won't complete the sale. If someone under 21 is with you, they're welcome to wait outside or in the car, but they can't be at the counter.
