How it works

Give your phone number at the counter. That is the entire sign-up. From then on every visit adds points automatically, and once you have enough they come off a future purchase. You do not have to remember anything, carry anything, or install anything — the till looks you up.

If you would rather not hand over a number, that is completely fine and nobody will push it. The programme is a convenience, not a condition of shopping here.

What earns points

Most of the shop: glass pipes,water pipes,dab rigs and accessories,hookah and shisha,papers, cones and wraps,grinders, trays, torches and scales,vapes andcoils and pods.

What does not, and why

Cigarettes and smokeless tobacco are excluded. That is not a decision we made to be awkward — federal rules for licensed tobacco retailers prohibit offering any gift or item to someone in exchange for buying cigarettes or smokeless tobacco, including anything earned through credits or proofs of purchase. So those products sit outside the programme entirely. We would rather explain it on a web page than have somebody find out at the till.

The usual questions

Does it cost anything? No. Joining is free and there is no minimum spend to start.

Will you text me constantly? No. The number identifies your account. If you do not want messages, say so when you join.

Do points expire? Ask at the counter — the terms are set in the shop, and whoever is working can tell you exactly where you stand and what your balance is worth today.

Can I join if I am under 21? No. This is a 21+ shop and ID is checked on every visit, no exceptions.
